Positive: AC room on 3rd floor was nice, good quality apart from very poor toilet flush; but test of 3rd floor still being built. No lift. Trying to charge high rate for unfinished property.

Negative: That the manager didn't give a room key and then went into the room when we were out. 3rd floor, no lift
