Summary: My experience at The Madras Grand exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, and their attention to detail was impressive. My room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and offered all the conveniences I needed for a relaxed and productive stay. One of the highlights was the food. They were fresh and delicious. The hotel also deserves special mention for its efficient housekeeping, prompt room service, and courteous front-desk team. Everyone—from the doorman to the manager—treated is with sincere hospitality. I’d visit them again.
