Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location - On the road, prominent and easy to locate. Features and amenities look quite up market and asthetic.

Negative: Security Issue - Access Card Not provided for the room citing technical issue. This is serious safety issue. I managed since I had to just stay for the night and being a solo traveller. This lapse is absolute no go. Stayed in room 103. Staff & Service Issue - Missing Toiletries and Towels, No Intercom, had to walk down to reception to ask for it, keeping the door unlocked as no access Card was provided. Tariff included Breakfast, which was again challenged by the staff citing it was not showing in their app. After showing the voucher they reluctantly agreed to provide it. Bread Omlette and Team was provided only 9.30am when was just checking out despite being reminded and ask for it serve by 8.30am.
