The house is located on the river "Jolan". On the property with the cute outbuildings you can regularly see roe deer.
The large meadows are full of butterflies in summer. In the river you can see beaver, red-throated diver and sometimes even a moose. The house consists of two parts. The actual house is two-storey and contains the large kitchen and three bedrooms. In the new part is the spacious living room with the bathroom and sauna area and the fourth bedroom. The whole house can be heated electrically. However, there are three wood stoves on the ground floor with which one gets just on days without sun :) everything chubby warm. Only 200 meters away are our canoes with which you can drive on the lake "Badasjön".
The lake offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You can paddle directly to the beach or just relax and enjoy nature. The river is just 30 meters from the house. There are pikes, perch, roach, crayfish and red feathers. If you want to catch larger fish or salmon and trout you can always find a challenging fishing spot around Torsby. But beware, most lakes require a fishing license.
If you are overwhelmed by the silence, you can drive to the city of Torsby. It is about 15km away. There is everything you need in it. From the supermarket to the indoor pool to a large modern hospital everything is available
