You have private access to this townhouse and carport. Base price is for four people (Bedroom 1 and 2). If any additional bedrooms or beds are needed/used, you agree when booking that they will be charged as per below. Bedrooms not booked will be locked.
1-4 guests = 2 bedrooms/queen beds (shared ensuite)
5-6 guests = 3 bedrooms/queen beds
7-8 guests = 4 bedrooms/queen beds
9-10 guests = 5 bedrooms - 4 queen beds, 1 double bunk bed
11 guests = as above and 1 single bunk bed
12 guests = as above and 1 single bunk bed
13 guests = as above and 1 single bunk bed
14-15 guests = as above and 1 double electric blow up mattress
If you require more beds please book for that number of guests eg. 3 people need 3 seperate beds/rooms book for 5 people (prices shown when selected correct number of people/beds, $65 per person per night when needing more beds).
Infants are charged, please select any other age when booking to show correct/full price to avoid being charged extra ($65 per infant per night). Cot and white noise machine available upon request, charges apply.
Pets are only allowed downstairs but not in the bedrooms or on furniture. $50 charge per pet. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges.

We’re available anytime during your stay to answer questions, offer advice on the best day spa or coffee in town or anything else you may need assistance with. There's also a folder with a house manual, brochures, tourist guides and maps etc if you need any further information.
We cannot guarantee we will be available in person during your stay.

All pantry and fridge items come complimentary with your booking and are not single use to protect our environment, so please enjoy these whilst keeping them clean for the next guest.
We supply linen and bathroom towels, please bring your own pool/swimming towels.
Check in is from 3pm, if you need an earlier check in please message us on the day of arrival and we'll do our best to get you in early.
Front door is located around the corner from the carport. You may park your car in the carport or on the street, you cannot park anywhere else in the complex.
