(PLEASE NOTE: for privacy reasons, the location pin on the map is offset from our location. If you use the Royal Sonesta Hotel as a landing point, you'll be very close to us - but we are NOT on Bourbon Street.)

The listing states we are a non-smoking property. While this is true for the apartment itself and the building, you may smoke on our balcony with the sliding door closed, in addition to the pool area on the top level of the building.
No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, elevators, etc. We make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be in good working order. No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of God or nature. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED during Hurricane Season.
