The main home has 4 large bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. The enormous kitchen holds 2 fridges, double ovens,1 full dishwasher and 1 drawer-style dishwasher. Heated tile floors in living area, kitchen and master bath are a real luxury. There is a separate studio off the front porch area of the main home with a king bed, living area, flat screen tv, sectional with full size pull out bed, full bath, kitchenette and dining area. This studio is perfect for those who still want to be part of the group but need a little more privacy. Pool area has a banquet style buffet counter with built in Stainless BBQ to make group lunches & dinners effortless. 3 sets of French doors open to pool deck. Conveniently located utility room has full size, front loading washer/dryer. Your family will be able to relax and not be on top of each other in this spacious estate. At the end of the day the peaceful, marsh views await you from the screened porch while you lay in the hammock, and if a crackling fire suits you then the screened porch, wood- burning fireplace is ready for a fire year round.
