Positive: I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. The only downside was the unreliable Wi-Fi. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure. I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable.

Negative: The Wi-Fi was unreliable, constantly dropping out, especially in the evenings.

Summary: highly recommend (Hotel Karma) because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff.
