Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming from the moment of arrival. Their warm hospitality and exceptional customer service truly made the stay memorable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

Negative: The hotel was generally clean, though there is some scope for improvement in overall cleanliness, especially in the restaurant area. The property is located near greenery and open surroundings, which gives it a pleasant village-like atmosphere. While this was not an issue for us and added a rustic charm, it may feel different for travelers expecting a more urban setting.
