The property consists of two bedrooms, a loft with two single beds (ceiling height 1.60 m), two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, a veranda, and a private garden with a sea view. On-site parking is available.
Please note that there are steps to access the property and steep internal stairs to reach the loft.
The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, dresser, split A/C, and EN SUITE BATHROOM with a sink, shower stall (raised), bidet, and toilet;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, 40'' SMART TV, split-system A/C, and access to the back porch;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, moka pot, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM II with sink, raised shower stall, bidet, and toilet;
- Front VERANDA (located at the entrance) with a sofa;
- Rear VERANDA (accessed from the living room) with a dining table and chairs, outdoor seating area, lounge chairs, and a view of the sea.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via split-type inverter units, washing machine, shutters, window screens, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.
The resort offers a shared swimming pool for guests staying at the center. The pool is open from June 8 through September 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m with a closure from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (from July 7 to August 24, the closure is reduced to 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM). Swim caps are required.
Free private on-site parking is available. The parking lot is uncovered and suitable for SUVs and minivans.
Cribs and baby beds are available upon request.
The loft is not air-conditioned; however, a fan is available.
WARNING: The garden has uneven ground and a low fence. Please exercise extra caution if you are traveling with children.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Olbia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, you will be charged €20 for each set of linens used.
