Summary: This hotel is spacious and has a nice room layout, however, the property is not well-maintained. We found mosquitos in the sink each morning and old/unclean furniture. One fine day, house cleaning left a floor mat on our bed. Room Service messed up our food order multiple times. There are multiple dogs on the property grounds. They are generally quiet and friendly, however, if you're not a dog person, it can be an uncomfortable experience. The staff needs to be trained properly in hospitality to provide a better customer experience. Customer service is simply just non-existent at this hotel. The best thing about the hotel is their chai!
