Welcome to a well-preserved Skånelänga from the early 1900s that has carefully gained a high standard in recent years. It is incredibly well planned and makes it possible for the company as well as the family to both have time together and be able to withdraw if desired. At the back of the house you can rest your eyes against a beautiful view of the plains of Skåne. The house is not suitable for small children. On the lower level you have a spacious living room with sofa, armchair and TV. Here you are happy to sit and relax after a day outdoors. You also have a very nice kitchen there that creates a desire to eat and embraces one of warmth. Here you stand with pleasure and cook. Here you can accommodate the family or company. The house's bathroom is large and renovated with today's high standards such as underfloor heating, which warms well. It is adjacent to the bedroom with a double bed (160cm) on the first floor next to the kitchen. You also have a washing machine and extra toilet on the lower level next to the stairs. A steeper staircase takes you up to two bedrooms and a larger living room. One bedroom has two single beds (90cm each) and in the other there is a double bed of 140cm. In the living room there is a daybed where you can relax and maybe read a book. The upper level is otherwise perfect for the children to be able to hang out on. At the back of the house spend time outdoors. There is outdoor furniture and a gas grill. You also have lawn and a very nice view! A pergola that additionally protects you from the worst rain. Welcome to a Skånelänga where you really have the right conditions for a successful holiday! In some places in the house, wooden beams or the doorway may be slightly lower than today's standards. This is a place for those who want to get away from stress and big city life, where tranquility is in focus. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderups strandbad, Kivik and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very famous Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also take a visit to the Old Bakery – Örnahusen, Fredrik at Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ales stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children, there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Sommarland and much more.
