Welcome to this beautiful house on Ekerö, one of the islands in Mälaren. This house is a bit special, here you get the privilege of spending time with the house's two very cute cats; Morris and Chloe, when the family is away. The cats take care of themselves - they have a cat flap in the laundry room and are outside a lot, the cleaning company takes care of the feeding, so you don't have to be responsible for them. The house is fantastically nice with all the comforts you could wish for and a terrace with a hot tub, barbecue and outdoor furniture, for lovely summer evenings. The house offers electric car charging for a fee. There are four bedrooms: a master bedroom with adjoining bathroom, two rooms with 120-beds and one small bedroom with a 90-bed. The large living room is open to the kitchen with a bar counter, a real social room, with a large dining table and sofa corner. It is bright with many tall windows and access to the balcony at the front. There is also a balcony at the entrance if it gets too hot in the sun. Just 300 meters from the house there is a small sandy beach and jetty. Ekerö has a lot to offer, cozy cafes, excursion destinations such as Drottningholm Palace, boat connection to central Stockholm and Birka. Down by Jungfrusund in summer there is a lovely activity center with a restaurant on the jetty, indoor golf and padel courts, it's walking distance or a short car ride from the house. In this house you enjoy a nicely decorated house in exciting surroundings, and you get to cuddle with the cats on top of that!
