A modern house with a lovely beach plot awaits you if you rent this house. Down by the water there is a large jetty with a swimming ladder for a refreshing morning swim in the sun, or why not an evening swim? There is a small sandy beach next door if you prefer. A rowing boat is included in the rent, you can row out into the beautiful bay and pull up a couple of perch for dinner. Around the house there are several terraces with nice seating areas and as the house is high up it is protected from view. A large grassy area for playing and games is next to the house. There are two bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and one with a 140 bed and a junior bed. There may be an additional single bed in the living room, but it is possible to sleep two in the larger beds. There is a newly renovated bathroom and a large kitchen with all the facilities you could need. The living room is large and has access to the terrace facing the water. Parking is available at the house. The house is located far out on Värmdö near Boda, where boats go further out into the archipelago for nice day trips. There is a lot to experience on Värmdö in the summer; restaurants, ice cream parlors and many nice hiking trails. If you want to experience Stockholm, there is a bus all the way and the bus stop is only 200 meters from the house.
