Located at Playa Hermosa (beautiful beach) which is the north end of Santa Teresa. Beautiful custom built, in 2009, 1 bedroom, bath, full kitchen. Artisan created windows & bamboo ceilings! Located just 750 ft to most amazing beach & surf around, only a 3 minute walk. Incredible living along with Surfing, Yoga & First Class dining in this cool spot at the north end of Santa Teresa-Malpais. We hope you enjoy our Special Spot! We also have Full Moon #674745 (2 bed, 2 ba) on the property for a larger group or rent both.
Spacious, open with all its windows, & very well equipped, Half Moon is a 3 minute walk(750 feet) to the beach, which is located at the north end of Santa Teresa, on the Playa Hermosa Beach access. It was custom built in 2009 with lots of bamboo & custom cabinets & doors, as one of our get-aways - now (January 2017) we find we are not there as often as we would like, so we will share our spots with you! Half Moon is perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults and a young child. The roomy, air-conditioned bedroom with a queen bed, has its own garden bathroom. Comfortably furnished, totally air-conditioned, the kitchen is fully equipped - refrigerator, range/oven, etc and a safe for your valuables. Beautiful split bamboo lines every ceiling in the home. No alarms necessary! Outside are 2 patios to watch parrots, hummingbirds, iguanas, etc. No alarms necessary! The howler monkeys visit, sometimes twice a day! They troop along the treetops and graze on leaves and flowers of the trees on the property. The beautiful beach is about 700 feet away and only a 3 minute walk with no hills to climb and no roads to cross. You can call in for chef services, indulge in a massage at Spa Bambu, yoga or Pilates instructions at Pranamar or Flor Blanca, arrange surf lessons, go horseback riding at a nearby Eco farm, take a drive and discover why we built in this beautiful area of Costa Rica! We are around a 5-10 minute drive south, into the town of Santa Teresa. Malpais is another 5 minutes further south from Santa Teresa. We are 5 minutes to Manzanillo, which is to our north. Our area was featured in the New York Times Style Magazine - Travel in May 2016.
