Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This property has a very nice restaurant with a superbly clean kitchen. Great hygiene standards. The food is excellent quality and very reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious with big beds and nice linen. The staff were very attentive. When we checked out we asked for extra time - 6 more hours - and this was given us for no extra charge. We were also given a free coffee each. Taxi was booked for us for later. This saved us a lot of money as, being tourists, we are often overcharged for taxis. The hotel was given a much cheaper rate.

Negative: At first we were put into a room with a really bad internet connection. And the water was cold. The tv didn’t work because it ran off the internet. When we mentioned this we were given another room with good internet. We hadn’t mentioned the cold water situation but the new room had excellent hot water. TV still didn’t work though. We did manage to watch a film one night but the next day the telly kept losing connection. On the whole, this didn’t bother us.
