Welcome to our seaside, 3-bedroom townhouse for your next relaxing getaway.
With Dava Beach and Fossil Beach across the road and less than a 5-minute drive to Mount
Martha village and Mornington town centre, everything is at your fingertips to ensure you have a
great holiday. Our townhouse offers various entertainment areas suited for both families and
couples looking to relax in comfort.
The garage has been set up as a games room featuring a pool table which also converts to a
table tennis/air hockey table for kids young and old to enjoy, whilst two separate lounge areas
with smart TV’s offer further flexibility in entertainment.
Outside our sun-drenched courtyard is perfect for alfresco dining with a long, marble top
communal table and outdoor umbrella. Relax under the shade of the olive tree with a drink or
two while you cook up a storm on the Weber Q.
If you fancy some coffee and cakes the Dreamer café is a short stroll from us as is the nearby
bottle shop. Alternatively enjoy an easy walk along the beautiful tea-tree lined track along the
tranquil beach towards the village or Mornington.
