This modern spacious three bedroom house has open plan living areas and is right on the bank of the river. The property has a private outlook, with expansive glass to take in the water views. Indoor living areas flow onto a large deck for outdoor entertaining.
It has polished timber floors, high ceilings, and a well equipped kitchen. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in bedrooms. High speed internet.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed +TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single bunks. Trundle bed available by prior arrangement. There is 1 bathroom with a shower and seperate hob style bath, plus a seperate toilet.
Set on a huge block with ample parking plus double tandem lockup garage. You can tie your boat up to the house at high tide with a fully serviced boat launch ramp 200m away for low tide. The property is not fully fenced as it has a 70m high tide boundary.
The large entertaining deck has a gas webber BBQ, dining setting and lounges; with a locking pool gate to contain children and pets. There are mangos free to pick in season. An easy walk or ride on the provided bicycles to shops.
