At Promiseas a unique and stylish indoor elegance meets outdoor sophistication. Both houses are decorated with a variety of local modern teak, guango, spanish elm, driftwood and stainless steel furniture and beautiful contemporary local paintings.
Promiseas 1 has four king sized master bedrooms with Jacuzzis or hot tubs and a rain shower in each bathroom, beach cove, barbecue, beach dining deck, tennis court and gym.
Promiseas 2 has a sea pool with deck and overwater hanging chair/bed, water hammock, three king sized master bedrooms with Jacuzzis or hot tub and showers and the fourth bedroom on the third floor has four queen beds (ideal for children and teenagers) and a large deck overlooking the ocean with a rope bridge leading to the yoga and birdwatch deck.
There are numerous water features throughout the property and the architecture by Jeremy Millingen includes a curved shingle roof on Promiseas 1, a curved mirrored entrance ceiling with contemporary lighting to highlight all areas, blue mahoe ceilings and kitchen cabinets with stainless steel handle and backsplashes.
Promiseas 2 has a glass atrium in the center of the living room with a beautiful teak tree growing through the open top and a third floor treehouse bedroom and living room with the most spectacular view of the ocean. The hot tub is in a man-made cave underground surrounded by bamboo with a bar and with the perfect massage balcony overlooking the ocean.
On property is Promiseas’ wonderful, friendly and experienced staff including two highly trained chefs, three housekeepers, three butlers and an entertainment coordinator/ boat tour guide upon request. There is also a fishing boat/water sports boat available for rental. The property is equipped with snorkeling gear, single and double kayaks, paddle boards, fishing equipment and life jackets for all ages.
