The space
An old Portugese House restored will new age amenities, the main gate leads to a parking space/ garden which hs enough space to park two cars.
The patio greets you with loungers on one side and a rocking chair on the other. The main door leads to a very spacious living room with two seperate sitting spaces, a smart TV, skylight & tasteful lighting and decor.
There are two airy bedrooms adjacent to the living that are furnished with antique poster beds, cabinets & dressers. Both the bedrooms are air-conditioned for a restful sleep after your day out.
A doorway leads to the latter part of the property that houses a capacious dining area, complete with a dining table and 8 chairs. Furnished beautifully with earthen pots, sustainable decor & ambient lighting.
The other half of the dining area has a open full kitchen with marble countertops, wooden cupboards, gas stove, water purifier, essential kitchen utensils, double door refrigerator, glasses, tea cups, coffee mugs & complete cutlery.
There are two equipped washrooms, with rain showers, hot water, cotton towels & "ego friendly" toiletries.
The covered & fenced backyard sitout is a quaint space that can easily seat 6-7 people, surrounded by flora is the perfect spot for your morning coffee conversations, reading and chilling.
