Open the large double sliding doors and relax as you enjoy breakfast on the sun-drenched balcony taking in unsurpassed ocean views from Gerroa to Penguins Head. Then stroll down the private track to the beach for a swim, only moments from your doorstep.
Enjoy an afternoon siesta on the beautiful landscaped lawn or in the shade of the downstairs deck. Later, adjourn to the rear deck for cocktail hour to watch the sunset over Curleys Bay and the mountains.
Pantai Indah is located at the end of a private laneway, midway along Culburra Beach, with a remote controlled double lock-up garage and off street parking for up to 3 extra cars. The gourmet kitchen has modern European appliances. Surrounding the kitchen is a large stone breakfast bar, a chef's delight.
The pantry remains stocked with olive oil, sauces, foil, cling wrap, herbs, spices, teas, coffee machine & pods, sugar, salt, pepper etc and much more for your convenience.
There are three separate living areas, with 2 smart TV's connected to Netflix for your enjoyment. There are also 2 DVD players and several DVD's available.
Pantai Indah has five sun lounges and a Balinese day bed within the property for those lazy afternoon siestas, including a king size, all weather daybed/sun lounge on the viewing deck. This is a perfect way to enjoy the sunshine, relax, read a book or just watch the waves roll in.
The upstairs TV room converts to a private 4th bedroom with comfortable queen size memory foam sofa bed with separate bathroom. This room has large sliding doors opening onto a deck with magnificent views west to the mountains and Curleys Bay.
Pantai Indah is designed to accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
The property has 3 bathrooms, plus a private outdoor Balinese courtyard with hot/cold outdoor shower and a second outdoor hot/cold shower off the rear deck to rinse off after a hard day on the beach. The main bathroom, with it's Balinese feel is a treat within itself, the large double bath has bi-fold windows which open onto the Balinese courtyard.
Beach chairs, esky, umbrella, tennis racquets, surfboards and boogie boards are all available for guests use. Everything you need for the ideal beach holiday!

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
