Our family friendly beach house is perfectly located right on the sand at Palm Beach. We warmly welcome families and the property is fully fenced making it a great spot to bring your family dogs. We are located a few minutes walk from the fabulous off-leash dog beach at Tallebudgera Creek.
The views here are absolutely breathtaking! You will enjoy a coastal vista from Surfers Paradise all the way down to Coolangatta....We love sitting out on our large balcony watching whales play in the ocean right in front of our house during the middle of the year.
The patrolled family safe beach is clearly visible from the house and is only a 2 minute walk away. Or for calmer swimming, the famous Tallebudgera Creek patrolled swimming zone is a few minutes walk along the beach path
There are several great cafes and restaurants close by as well as the local Surf Club. Burleigh is the food and entertainment hotspot on the Gold Coast right now and you will be a 5 minute drive away from Burleigh or you can also take a peaceful walk along the pristine ocean track around Burleigh National Park to access all Burleigh has to offer. There are also many fabulous cafes and restaurant options at Palm Beach along with a brand new Coles Supermarket.
The house is 3 bedrooms all with built in wardrobes for storage. The master is air conditioned as is the main living and dining area. There is a sofa bed option in the living area and there is also a pull out trundle in the 3rd bedroom meaning the home can sleep up to 10 people.
Floor to ceiling glass bifolds frame the pristine ocean views and there are multiple outdoor deck spaces perfect for family get togethers and entertaining.
A Weber BBQ is provided for beachside cooking along with ample stylish out door dining and lounge settings.
The main living and dining area is open plan and very spacious.
We can supply fold-out single beds and/or a fold out double bed to suit a couple of extra guests making the home suitable for up to 9 people.
We have plenty of off-street private and secure parking spaces (parking for up to 5 cars) and there is a huge amount of yard space for the kids and puppies to run around and have fun.
Please note that there are 2 completely separate dwellings on this property which are fire rated and soundproofed so the yard, parking and laundry areas are shared. There may be pups staying in the other area of the property and sharing the yard. The land plot is extra large and there are open grass areas on both sides of the property.
This really is a beautiful beach sanctuary perfect for family and friends to get together and also to be able to bring the family dog along too.
