Close to Bondi Beach, Easy access to public transport. Ferry to City. All the fun of Bondi without the hectic lifestyle. Lovely 2 bedroom, modern styling in a mid-20th-century apartment. Good sized rooms, nice wooden floorboards. Tastefully decorated and cute eat-in kitchen with banquet seating. Wide balcony longe on and soak up the fresh air, friendly quiet neighborhood. Launchpad to all the Eastern suburbs and nearby Westfield Bondi Junction Shopping Centre where Event Cinemas are located. The apartment is a delightful two bedroom, one bathroom place and is a comfortable space for one person per bedroom. It' s roomy enough for friends to visit, but this is a pretty quiet neighborhood, so once 11 pm hits we all respect the need to keep noise minimal. Guest Access Your bedroom Kitchen Lounge room Balcony Laundry We're in a small 6-apartment block, a brother and sister own the whole lot - their Dad built it. It's got that type of settled feeling. Many of the residents in this building have been here for years and years and years ... it's one of those places, it feels close enough to the action to be a part of the Bondi scene, but far enough away to avoid the transient folk. Truly a nice spot to hang out or chill out. There's a bus stop down the end of our street, on Old South Head Rd. The bus takes 8 mins to get to Bondi Junction - from there you can train or bus to anywhere in Sydney. Or just stay in the Westfield center and enjoy four levels of shopping and two entertainment levels - including cinema megaplexes and a bounty of good restaurants... Bondi Pizza is one of them and that Chocolate man place... hmm. Other things to note: If you like cooking there a slow cooker, or for quick meals a rice cooker with steamer. Bed lined is supplied and I can supply towels too. There's a small storage space downstairs for a bike or a surfboard, if you have one or going to buy one off Gumtree while you're here. There's quite a few DVDs you can watch while you're here, a guitar if you're musically talented and a bunch of books to read while you're here from Tony Robbins to Russel Brand. If you're a regular traveller, experienced in looking after other people's homes, clean and tidy then we'll get on fine. If however, you're someone who is interesting and interested, independent, creative, believe in the greater good and aware of your contribution to the world then we'll get on really well and I'm looking forward to meeting you :) Other things to note: *An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately. *Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
