Welcome to our home in Bromma, the nearest detached area in Stockholm, only 10 minutes to city center. Our wooden house from 1932 contains a basement and two floors. The basement has a large entrance, living room, laundry room and bathroom with sauna. The entrance floor has a spacious kitchen and bright dining area with exit to the terrace, and living room with fireplace and exit to terrace. The upper floor has three bedrooms with 5-6 beds. Balcony is available in one of the bedrooms. Bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Another separate toilet. The plot is about 400 m2. Trampoline and storage room with bicycles are available. The house is adjacent to a park area with lots of greenery. The area is very quiet and there is no traffic on the street. 3 minutes away there is supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and tram into Stockholm City. A station in the opposite direction by tram, the bus goes to the Drottningholm Royal Palace, where Sweden's King and Queen live. The park belonging to the castle is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is also close to Royal Golf Club of Drottningholm, one of Sweden's best golf courses. About 10 minutes walk from the house lies the lake Mälaren with several bathing areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fully automatic espresso machine and a juicer. Laundry room has washing machine, drying cabinet and dryer. Gas grill is available. Bicycles can be borrowed. There are two TV sets and in the basement one can fold up a table tennis table. An electric awning can be folded out over the patio. The house has broadband wifi.
