The second bathroom is a semi ensuite accessed from the bedroom and hallway and features a bath for relaxing and soaking after a busy day or for the children to enjoy. Natural gas heating in the lounge /dining area and ducted cooling throughout the house provides comfort through the seasons and the secure double lockup garage leads into the kitchen for convenience.
Tastefully decorated with neutral tones throughout including quality furnishings, full bedding, linen, towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath and a special welcome gift on arrival. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are also a special treat after along day of travel.
