Travel Purpose: business

Positive: In fact, no breakfast was catered during my stay. However, it's about 8minutes walk to/from the Canal Walk Mall very commendable.

Negative: 1) I was almost shocked, when I struggled to open/or enter my room no. 227 but the security guard helped me and noted it's the lock stricker is sometimes jam when accessing from outside but not when from inside. I suggest, the maintenance personnel to look into the matter before it becomes an occupational health and safety (OHS) issues. 2) Security guarding/control room's access should be somehow open or manually operated. I suggest camera to be installed inside the guarding room, if not installed already, the access to/from guarding room must be strictly manned from inside and both door and windows must not be access easily for security reasons. 3) I might be wrong, but the bedding sheet cover the matrass seem have not been properly cleaned as I could see the spots on it.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay at Mayfair Apartments, security guards' vigilance, professional kindness.
