Positive: Pleasant, calm place for a longer stay. Very clean Beds, wifi mini kitchen, it makes a good place after long working hours away from bustling noise and traffic. Lots of Greenery and no pollution

Negative: Often Google maps shows the wrong location and often gets no cabs
