Summary: Overall experience was good , but the bedsheets had hair strands stuck in it which was disgusting and the hotel is charging extra money in the name of GST on the total billing amount and even on water bottles...

Summary: Terrible experience. The road was under construction so we could not pull up to the hotel. The man at the front desk was rude and could not view our reservation from the app but insisted on a print out (we all use apps in 2019...) There was no water or electricity at the hotel so after waiting 30 minutes they asked us to walk (in 115F weather) to a nearby hotel- 10 minutes away. The other hotel was good but The Vegas was a terrible experience and the front desk SO RUDE to everyone who was checking in at the time.
