Positive: Interacted with Shyam Sunderji at many occasions before checkin, at hotel & checkout.The owner behaviour & hospitality is excellent.The way of owner dealing will take this Hotel at its peak. Very much thankful to the owner for this wonderful stay as we didn't face any issue also as we had our elderly parents with us too.
