It is set over three levels: a bathroom downstairs, an open-plan living and kitchen upstairs with views over Shoreham to Western Port, a bedroom with a Queen-size bed, and a large attic-style bedroom on the top floor for the kids to share, with a TV area and a wood heater for cooler evenings.
The garden and lawn area, including the trampoline, are shared with the main residence on the property. The trampoline is an Olympic-sized competition model and padded to those standards. This property is a great base to explore the wineries, beaches, and country towns tucked away on the peninsula. It is only minutes to Red Hill, Flinders, and the beaches of Shoreham, Merricks and Pt Leo.
