Coastal Breeze will go beyond your expectations for a coastal house! Recently refurbished, this interior decorated 3 bedroom house (sleeping 7) features a pool, brand new kitchen, and a large covered east facing entertaining deck which overlooks the pool and adjacent park. Coastal Breeze is conveniently located just a short stroll through the back gate and across the park to the south end of Werri Beach. Soak up the morning sun on the deck while listening to the sound of the surf, and enjoy an afternoon BBQ on the deck after a swim or a surf!

Where will I be?
Coastal Breeze is located nearby the Gerringong Surf Club and adjacent to the park that leads directly to the south end of Werri Beach. The beach and Surf club are just a few minutes stroll or beginning of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk. A quick 5 minute drive and you're in the main street of Gerringong - a hub for shopping, cafes, restaurants and a local supermarket. Berry and Kiama are both 10 minute drives.

How is the property laid out?
The living area, bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper level of the house, which is accessed at street level. As you enter the house, there are two bedrooms (both with built in robes). The hallway then opens up to the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The deck spans the entire width of the house, and is accessed from the living area. The deck has an outdoor lounge, outdoor dining table and bar tale and chairs as well as BBQ. The master bedroom can be accessed via the lounge room, or the shared Jack and Jill bathroom, and also has access to the east facing deck.
Stairs provide internal access to the lower level which has the laundry and to the backyard where you will find a grassed area and pool. There is also an internal shower and toilet on the lower level which is great for when using the pool or returning from the beach.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please bring your login details to access streaming services on the smart TV.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Coastal Breeze is all about relaxing and enjoying the best of the outdoors. Featuring a pool with built in outdoor cabana, guests can soak up the sun while listening to the sound of the distant waves. There is a grassed area and fire pit for guests use, though please bring your own firewood. With uninterrupted views of the park and views of the ocean, you will find yourself winding down and never wanting to leave. Had enough sun? Relax on the outdoor lounge on the covered verandah.
A gate at the back fence leads straight to the park and over to the south end of Werri Beach. Werri Beach is patrolled in the summer months. When you return to the beach, shower off the sand in the downstairs shower.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Coastal Breeze provides ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and heating throughout for year-round comfort. The 2 queen bedrooms have ceiling fans. Or open the doors to catch the sea breeze!
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets, pillows, blankets, duvets, linen and bath towels are all provided at this property. However please bring your favorite beach towel!

There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

There are tennis courts and a skate park nearby. The Gerringong Bowling Club is also within walking distance.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on Public Holidays.
