The building features a sparkling pool with sundeck, gym, and BBQ area's all within a short stroll to famous Burleigh Bars and restaurants, boutique shopping, and our iconic beach!

Our brand-new kitchen, with its island bench and luxury appliances, sets the stage for culinary adventures. Our guests will be able to enjoy the entire apartment to themselves, and also have access to all the wonderful building facilities including the pool, gym, and BBQ areas. Free parking onsite is provided for one car.

Minut sensors have been installed in all our apartments. These have no cameras or listening devices, but they will alert us to noise, cigarette and vape smoke, and guests outstaying there check out time without prior arrangement.
