The Space:
Enter the apartment into a spacious tiled open-plan L-shaped kitchen/living/dining area with ceiling fans. The living area offers 2 sofas, a 'Smart’ TV, stylish occasional furniture and a large rug for comfort. A dining table seats 6 people and is adjacent to a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and 3 stools, a ceramic cooktop, wall oven, microwave, thermo-cooker, full-size fridge and large pantry. Sliding doors off the living area lead to a sunroom and then on an outdoor patio area with a table for 8 people, set amongst quiet leafy views.
There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds, mirrored built-in wardrobes, Room darkening shades, privacy tinted windows, ceiling fans and wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-conditioning units. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a large shower recess, while the second bedroom comes with a desk for work/ study. In the apartment’s main bathroom you’ll find a combined shower/bath, as well as a washing machine and laundry tub. An outdoor clothesline is located in another outdoor patio which can be accessed via a glass sliding door off the master bedroom.
The complex itself offers a swimming pool, barbecue area and a parking spot in a secure car park.

* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.
* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
