Zinc is a cute and cosy quintessential beach shack located at Middleton in the area known as The Point. A few minutes walk will have you strolling along Middleton Beach, watching the surfers, (and the whales in winter!)
Whilst small in size, Zinc is big on the cute and cosy factor, and with a large outdoor deck and huge backyard, it is ideal for couples or small families.
There are three bedrooms, a small living dining kitchen area and a small bathroom and laundry. The kids will love the bunks and the yard big enough to kick the footy or a play a game of cricket. The backyard is set up for children with an outdoor blackboard which is very popular.
The kitchen is equipped with all cooking facilities including a dishwasher so there is no excuse for not cooking up a storm with all the fresh produce you purchase from the local markets.
If you are not keen on cooking, the location of Zinc is perfect, with the Middleton Tavern, coffee shops, bakery and surf shop all within a lovely 5-10 minute walk.
As keen recyclers, most of Zinc's furniture is preloved or recycled, as we were also keen to preserve the "shack" feel of our property.
