This beautifully designed newly built home is a Hop Skip and a Jump away from the fabulous Boomerang Beach.
Located 3 hrs drive north of Sydney and 1.5 hrs drive north of Newcastle airport.
You can walk to bluey shops and enjoy dining out or takeaway, convenience store/newsagency, chemist and surf shop. Just 15 min drive to forster/tuncurry where you can enjoy shopping, eating out, water activities, fishing, surfing/swimming. Only 1 minutes drive to Elizabeth beach, Shelly beach and Blueys beach and 3 min drive to the famous Wallis lake. The lake is perfect for small children, water sports, stand up paddle boarding or just relaxing under the trees.
Barefoot Beach House is architecturally designed with open luxury living space, double brick, cathedral ceilings and fireplace. Its lovely and quiet and perfectly private making it fantastic for holiday stays all year round.
Enjoy the outlook of the bushy trees and beautiful gardens with a spacious outdoor middle courtyard.
We have a fully fenced property making it safe for kids with a grass area to play.
We allow pets and we assure you that your furry friends will never escape this well fenced in area. Boomerang beach is dog friendly and perfect for a morning dog run. He or she won’t be disappointed...
We offer 2 separate dwellings that makes this stay perfect for 2 families or likewise.

Deck off kitchen: Gas built in BBQ, lounge area, fan.
