You can dine/smoke… you can do anything legitimate without disturbing neighboring apartments and other travelers… Strictly no loud speakers, no noise, no LOL, no loud discussions, we have already had complaints from neighboring apartments, if we receive complaints then you must leave or go to sleep in the apartment.
