We can help you get rented vehicles (two wheelers and cars). The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price). Airport is approximately 40 kms away. Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms).
IMPORTANT : Please note that the rental agreement and check-in form must be completed before your stay in order to receive the necessary check-in instructions.
*For foreign nationals, we kindly request that you provide your visa details as part of the check-in process.
Please Note: The society entrance is located at the back off the main Verem-Nerul road before Larry's Car and Bike Rental. Please make sure to connect with our team prior to arrival so we can ensure a smooth check-in process.
-This is a self check in apartment, keys are required to be collected from building staff upon arrival. Luggage and check in assistance will not be provided.
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- Pool timings are 9 am to 9 pm. No eating/drinking/smoking near the pool area.
- Food/grocery deliveries will have to be collected from the community gate and will not be delivered to the doorstep as per community rules.
- The apartment has an inverter backup in case of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa.
- Being located in a gated community, we don't allow loud music on the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
- Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 3 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable.
- We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request.
-Keys need to be collected from the security. Kindly let them know your name and apartment number.
-Check-in and Luggage assistance may not be provided.
