Unique tranquil house on the ocean side of the Great Ocean Road, nestled amongst the trees by the gully. Located in a quiet secluded pocket at the end of a no through road. Ten minutes walk in either direction to Gully beach, local cafes, General Store and a little bit further to Aireys Inlet Pub. Easy access to the Surf Coast Walk, meet our feathered friends amongst the trees or unwind in our hammock on the generous deck. Wifi now available.

Our house has three bedrooms and a generous separate studio across the deck as the fourth bedroom. The main house has a new architect designed bathroom/laundry and the studio now has a powder room. There is a queen bed in the studio, queen bed in the other main bedroom and a bunk with two beds in each of the other bedrooms. Great for one family by themselves, two families or couples. Comfortably sleeps 8.
To help you cook up a storm in our kitchen, we supply staples of coffee, tea, Grounded Pleasures hot/drinking chocolate, sugar, oil, sauces, herbs and spices. We also have BBQ utensils and wipes if you want to crack open the BBQ and cook on the deck.
For the adults, there are dvds and books to get stuck into on our comfy couches or board games to face off against your family or friends who stay with you. Whilst a bit old school, there's a cd player with some guests' favourite cds to listen and relax too.
We know what it's like to travel with kids! At Aireys Gully Side they can take their pick of the massive trampoline tucked behind the studio, play in the cubby house, watch dvds in the main living room or the second bedroom with tv and dvd, create their own adventurous games with the toys/lego or chill out with some books. The tv/dvd in the second bedroom comes with a bean bag for the kids to have their own space.
We have a huge deck with an outdoor setting to gather around with your favourite beverage, food and people. You may get the odd visit from the Gully's resident birds. We have cockatoos, currawongs, rosellas and (our favourite) kookaburras that come and say hi or sit amongst the trees and sing their songs.
We have a lounger on the deck (if you really want to kick back). And the all time favourite - a double hammock where you can gently rock the afternoon away in or just look out over the gully and trees.
Like most places on the Surf Coast, Aireys Gully Side is *BYO BEDLINEN*. This means doonas, pillows, hand-towels, tea-towels and bathmat are provided by us. Usually our guests bring their own linen, however linen hire is possible from Geelong & Surfcoast Laundry for you to arrange and pay if required.
We want to be respectful to our neighbours as we are in a quiet area, so we do not accept schoolies, hens/buck or parties. If you want to have a gang around on the deck with loud music going into the wee hours of the night, then alas, we are not the property for you.
Sorry - strictly no pets allowed and it is a non-smoking property.
As we are surrounded by trees, this means we do have the odd visit by spiders, insects and ants from time to time.
