It is a spacious house with many bedrooms and above all a lovely large terrace where you can socialize, eat well and sunbathe. There is a dining area, barbecue and sun loungers. The back of the house, where the terrace is located, is in principle protected from view. The house accommodates both the large family or maybe two families. There is a living room with TV and stove in combination with an open kitchen with dining area. The four bedrooms have everything from a double bed to a single bed and a bunk bed, so everyone can sleep comfortably according to your needs. The house has two bathrooms. A smaller one with toilet and shower and a large one where you also have access to a washing machine, dryer and sauna. The house is located in a cozy cottage area where you are close to a charming "home restaurant" with a family feel and a lively menu that is created day after day after the best ingredients of the season. A short distance from the cottage is the sea and the magical beach. There is car parking and toilets. The first thing you meet are rolling dunes and pine forest and then it spreads out, the kilometer-long sandy beach! Cycle along the coast, explore nature, visit the picturesque "eel huts". In the area you will soon discover a peaceful tranquility. North of Yngsjö, Helgeå flows into the sea. The summer towns of Åhus and Kivik are only a short drive away. Discover Forsakars nature reserve. Visit the trading town Kristianstad, perfect for the shopping-hungry. There are several golf courses nearby.
