Step into a wonderful environment and place that is completely unique of its kind 100 meters from the Krutmöllan, which produced gunpowder in the 17th century. The beautiful half-timbered house is located with its own jetty at Kävlinge å, which makes it possible to both swim and fish whenever you wish! The house is from the 18th century and has been carefully renovated over the years. You have good light and a nice view throughout the house. You have a huge plot of land and an incredible number of beautiful places to sit down and have a picnic or stroll along the river. Once inside the house, you have everything on one level. A spacious entrance hall with a bathroom to the right. On your left you reach the large kitchen where you have a dining area for the group. From the kitchen you reach the first bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful view of the river. The other two bedrooms are distributed with two single beds and a double sofa bed respectively. The living room is located next to the kitchen and here you can enjoy a good book. If you also want to bathe in the wood-fired hot tub, that's great. You can fill up with your own water and clean it afterwards. Instructions are available in the guest folder. Firewood is also purchased separately from nearby stores. Wood from the plot may not be used for either the hot tub or the stove. The house and Krutmöllan are connected by a bridge from the 19th century. There is a lot to do in Skåne within a reasonable distance. For those of you who can't get enough of swimming and fishing, you have as much beauty as you can imagine. Just a short drive or bike ride away is Ringsjön, where you can both swim and fish. Something that is appreciated to do is canoeing in beautiful Stockamöllan. Other sights and excursion destinations are Bosarpsjön, Bjeverödsdammarna, Skåne Djurpark, Fulltofta Nature Center and Bosjökloster. Also take the opportunity to play golf on an absolutely world-class PGA Sweden National golf course in Bara. At Vaxsjön there is also the option of renting a boat for a small fee. If you've had enough of fresh water and want to swim on one of the finest beaches in Scania, there are plenty of beautiful beaches all along the coast around Scania, why not down to Falsterbo, Kämpinge and Skanör. Along the coast towards Österlen, you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm and much more. Warm welcome here!
