This holiday home, surrounded by scenic nature, is set in the small village of Nästeviken, by lake Foxen. The cottage is only 250 metres from the lakeside, and the landlord has a boat that you can rent. Lake Foxen is excellent for fishing, especially for pike and bass. The cottage features an open-plan kitchen and living room. In the kitchen area, there's an electric cooker, a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, and a coffee maker. The kitchen opens onto the terrace. The living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove, a dining table, a sofa, and a TV. From the living room you have access to the beautiful conservatory. In the master bedroom, there's a double bed, and in the other bedroom there's a single bed and a bunk bed. In the bathroom, there's a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. Lake Foxen is excellent for fishing. It is not unusual to catch fish that weigh up to 10 kilograms here. Please note that you need to buy a fishing permit! There's a lovely sandy beach about one kilometre from the cottage and there's over 300 walking paths in the area, where you can spot elk and deer. The border to Norway is about 19 kilometres away, here you will also find a mall. The largest town in the area is Årjäng. Welcome!
