Welcome to a newly built house on a plateau overlooking the beautiful Falköping plain. The house is located on a farm that shares land with the homeowner who lives next door. The house is newly renovated in 2021 and has an open floor plan. You enter where the kitchen and living room are in one. The kitchen has a small part of its own, fresh and has most things with a new induction hob. The interior is bright and very pleasantly furnished. To the left of the entrance is a large spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed 140cm wide. There is a small dining table for 4 people and a TV for cozy home evenings. The stairs up are steep and lead to the sleeping loft. Perfect for you with older children who want to be by themselves. The bed in the loft is 180cm wide. Beautiful mammoth beams in the ceiling with spotlights that provide pleasant light throughout the house. In the evening you can enjoy magical sunsets and there is a great chance to see cranes nesting next to and outside grazing the cows in the pasture. There are plenty of swimming opportunities and lakes around. Ottertorpasjön is only 15 minutes from the house which is a nice swimming area with jetty, sandy beach and lawn. Take a day trip to Skara summerland and swim or experience the wings of history with a visit to Varnshem and walk in Arn's footsteps.
