Welcome to Färentuna on Ekerö and a nice little well-furnished house! The house has a living room with a dining table for four, a sofa, air heat pump and a TV. Next to it is a nice little kitchen with everything except a dishwasher. The bathroom has a massage shower, toilet and sink. In the sleeping loft, which does not have standing height, is reached via a ladder that is hoisted down, there is a double bed and an empty area where you can put your bags to put them away. As the stairs are steep, it is not suitable for small children or the elderly to sleep there. Outside the house there is a large, nice terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for pleasant summer evenings. The house is located high and has a glimpse of the sea. You share the plot with the owners, but the house is secluded with trees and bushes that separate the houses well. You have your own parking space on the large plot. Just a five-minute walk from the house is the swimming area with a swimming raft, sandy beach and barbecue area. There is a bus stop 1200m from the house if you want to leave the car at home. Ekerö center has a grocery store, a system company, a pharmacy and a few other shops. There is also driveway parking, leave your car there and take the shuttle boat into central Stockholm, a nice boat trip. There are also buses to Brommaplan and the subway. Ekerö consists of several islands and there is much to experience on the different islands. You have two bicycles, one for men and one for women. There are plenty of castles to visit, including Drottningholm Palace where our royal couple live. There is a beautiful park to walk in. You can take the boat to Birka and see the excavations from the Viking Age.
