This penthouse is part of the Diria Resort- the only beachfront resort in Tamarindo, and is the largest penthouse condo within the resort and is 3500 square feet. This spacious and luxury condo has plenty of room for guests to spread out and relax and is only seconds away from the beach!
On the first floor you will find the kitchen, living room, dining area, and two guest bedrooms. The kitchen comes with all updated Viking Professional appliances, custom wood cabinets and countertops. There is also a large dining table/space where guests can enjoy meals together. The living area includes a pool table and private bar overlooking the ocean. The living area also includes a large plasma TV. One guest suite includes a queen bed and private bathroom. The other includes a king bed and private bathroom.
On the second floor you will find the master suite and another guest suite. The master suite has a king bed, private bathroom, smart TV, and amazing ocean views.
