Assagao is famously known as "The Beverly Hills of Goa" and has most recently become one of the best areas to find quality coffee shops and some of the finest restaurants and bars. The quaint village of Assagao is teeming with bushes of bougainvillea giving it the reputation of being a flower village and attracting tourists from all over the state to indulge in heritage walks and cultural activities.
We can help you get rented vehicles (two wheelers and cars). The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price). Airport is approximately 40 kms away. Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms).
IMPORTANT : Please note that the rental agreement and check-in form must be completed before your stay in order to receive the necessary check-in instructions.
*For foreign nationals, we kindly request that you provide your visa details as part of the check-in process.
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host's approval is required.
- There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.
- Being located in a gated community, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
- Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable.
- We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request.
- BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
